Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Manage or cancel your subscription any time from the Billing page. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What are credits used for?

Credits cover AI Presenter generation. Exporting your videos is unlimited on every paid plan, up to your plan's resolution (1080p on Creator, 4K on Pro Studio and Studio Team). Unused credits roll over as long as your subscription stays active.

Is the teleprompter free forever?

The teleprompter is free to use. Guests can record up to 1 minute per day, and users with a free account get 2 minutes per day. Paid users get unlimited recording.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Yes, switch plans any time from this page. Your subscription updates straight away and any price difference is worked out for you automatically.

What if I run out of credits?

Any paid plan can buy extra credit top-ups from the Billing page, on top of your monthly allowance, whenever you need them.
