We collect your name, email, password hash, billing information, profile data, and content including scripts, projects, images, recordings, and videos. We collect usage data, device information, IP addresses, and cookies. We receive data from payment processors like Stripe and any authentication providers you use.
How We Use Your Information
We use it to provide and improve the Services, process payments, generate AI content through third-party providers, store your projects, communicate with you, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and analyze usage trends.
Third-Party Providers
We share data with Anthropic for script processing, ElevenLabs for voice generation, HeyGen D-ID Kling and Runway for video generation, Creatomate for video stitching, and Stripe for payments. We only share the minimum data each provider needs.
Legal Basis for Processing
Under UK data protection law, we process your data based on contract performance, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and consent where required.
Security
We encrypt data in transit with TLS 1.2 or higher. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Authentication tokens are signed and time-limited. Files are stored in isolated directories per user. We perform regular backups.
Data Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After deletion, personal information and files are removed within 30 days. Transaction records are kept for legally required periods.
Your Rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing of your personal data. Contact privacy@aabstudio.ai. We respond within 30 days.
