Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
Payments
Subscriptions bill in advance. Payments are processed by Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change fees with notice.
Credits
Credits are allocated by plan and do not roll over unless stated. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
Content
You own your content. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide the Services. You represent that you have rights to everything you upload.
Acceptable Use
Do not use the Services for unlawful purposes. Do not upload defamatory, obscene, or infringing content. Do not attempt unauthorized access. Do not create deceptive or harmful media.
AI Content
AI-generated output depends on input quality and provider capabilities. We do not guarantee perfect results. You are responsible for reviewing content before distribution. Do not use AI features to impersonate individuals without consent.
Intellectual Property
AABStudio and its code are our property. Do not copy or create derivative works without permission.
Third Parties
We integrate with Anthropic, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, D-ID, Kling, Runway, Creatomate, and Stripe. Their terms apply to their services.
Termination
We may suspend your account for violations. You may terminate anytime. Certain provisions survive termination.
Warranties
The Services are provided as-is. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for purpose.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
Changes
